Let Me Entertain You
I've Got A Shop! I've Got A Shop!
This shop helps me at least pretend that the blog has some commercial value thus improving marital relations and preserving the myth that sitting in front of a computer for hours at a time can legitimately be termed as 'work'.
The designs are my original work apart from the stuff I ripped off other people.

NEWS NEWS NEWS NEEEEWS!
The excellent Anita Loughrey interviewed me in anticipation of my talk in Bologna and here it is on the Cynsations blog.
Undiscovered Voices, the ground-breaking anthology published by British SCBWI in association with Working Partners is out! My novel Ugly City won a place in the anthology at last year's competition. Buy the anthology.
My cartoon is featured on the cover of Simon Morse's
The Pregnant Guy: Journey to the Center of the Birth.
Simon's book answers previously neglected issues that affect expectant fathers such as "Am I getting fat?".
All pregnant fathers must buy this book - it will be a nice thing to read while sleeping on the couch once the baby is born.

That was absolutely super!
What a marvelous production!
That is a great film.
I am not entirely convinced but now at least I am entertained.
Candy;
You so totally rock
& your dtr is adorable!
I WANT CONNIE AND MIA AS MY AGENTS!
Great cast - you should be an actors' agent, Candy!
For those of us still after an agent - roll on September SCBWI Agents' Party!
What larks. The stamping of the ms was masterly and rather frightening. Those agents are made of stern stuff.
A
What a bunch of stars - best film ever! They ought to be on the telly!
Linda
Candy, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!!
Do you need a producer? No?
Er... how about an Editor? Assistant Director?
No, okay... Best Boy, I'll be the Best Boy, can I? Please?
Okay, I'll make the sandwiches, anything to be part of you next movie!
Amen! That's all...just AMEN!
i mean, the expression on mia's face as she crumpled that piece of paper was priceless!
connie's interpretation of rejection totally gets the process. she's got a future in publishing, that girl.
Aw, no, have you taken it down, Candy - when I try to connect it tells me the video is no longer available?
I take it back - third time lucky and it played.
Brilliant Candy, absolutely brilliant! And Mia and Connie definitely have a future on the big screen!
Candy, FANTASTIC! Love the soundtrack - who would have thought it was a versatile as that. My congratulations to the cast and crew - bound to be this summer's blockbuster...
Let's do lunch.
AWESOME! Now, where do I get one of those agents?
Is Aisha available?
Oh my goodness, that's HILARIOUS! Like, the kind that has me shrieking with laughter and worrying the downstairs neighbour. Love the stamping agent, everyone's brilliant. Really nice editing, too.
The new Shepperton Studios coming our way! :-D
Oops, stamping publisher, I meant!
Hysterical Candy...laugh out loud funny. Kids are great, aren't they???? Full of expression and so animated!
p.s. you will be horrified to learn that the manuscript prop wasn't a prop. it was the manuscript of my novel, Ugly City.
LOL! this is great! Those kids have a wisdom beyond their years! :0)
What a fun video!
Christy
I think Aisha would make a great agent. But I wouldn't wish the job on her! I think it must be tough.
Not a prop?!!! Oh, the horror!!
Great film, Candy. Looks like fun in your house!
Bravo to the cast and crew! When's the sequel coming out?
Really enjoyed this Candy. I thought you said you didn't know anything about editing...this is great and shows otherwise. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Thanks!
Anne-Marie
>i thought you saidyou didn't know anything about editing

Absolutely brilliant.
I haven't laughed so hard in ages. Can't wait for the sequel.
